It is very important that you understand where and what you will be getting for a deposit at the end of the lease. If you have a pet, there are many different variations of how the deposit is refunded. Make sure that you are aware of any notices that you need to give prior to leaving. Ask about the reletting fee, just in case you may have to break your lease without notice. Bottom line, make sure that you know what you are signing.
